Hunter Communications

This fitout started as a blank shell tenancy. The design is sleek, modern and edgy providing a new home for a leading Perth based Public Relations Company, Hunter Communications. The Team at Hunter Communications were expanding and moved to trendy Subiaco, creating a vibrant, creative space to work.

Logistically, this project had some challenges, being located off busy Hay Street with limited parking and no drop off zones, deliveries and subcontractors had to be heavily managed to ensure access was available and other tenancies in the vicinity were not impacted.

The space is an industrial, rustic look with exposed ceilings, matt finishes, extensive glass and concrete finished floors. The office is open plan with separation provided using floor to ceiling height glazing. Lighting has been designed to provide a softness using a mixture of office suspended office lighting, pendants & lamp lights.

Located at the rear of the tenancy, the staff breakout area includes kitchen, unisex toilets and doubles as storage, photocopier and general back office area.
